We kindly ask that you understand the unique characteristics of the used items we handle before making a purchase.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.

[Cases Where Returns Cannot Be Accepted]

We will not accept returns in the following cases:

  1. Slight discrepancies in product size measurements.

  2. Differences in color between the product image and the actual item (this may vary depending on the shooting environment and monitor settings).

  3. Scratches on items that are explicitly described as having "scratches" in the product description.

  4. Minor scratches or dirt characteristic of used items (Although cleaned by our store, some signs of use may remain).

  5. Items sold as "Junk" items.

[Cases Where Returns Can Be Accepted]

We will accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • If you received an item different from your order.

  • If damage during shipping is confirmed.

If any of the above apply, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of product arrival. We will check the situation and respond promptly.

Please note that as the items are used, we may not be able to provide a replacement. In such an event, we ask for your understanding that a refund will be issued instead.
