【Product Overview】
This is a pair of antique Japanese iron sake ewers (known as Choshi or Kannabe), traditionally used for warming and serving sake. The iron bodies feature a raised relief design cast with a "Landscape with Pavilions" (Sansui Rokaku) motif, depicting trees and traditional buildings. They are fitted with Brass lids and handles, creating a striking contrast against the dark, rusted iron. The spouts are wide and open, characteristic of sake warming vessels. These items exude a heavy, rustic atmosphere typical of old metalwork and Mingei (folk art).
