【Product Overview】

This is a beautiful black glazed Matcha tea bowl (Chawan) associated with "Toyama Joganji" (likely related to the Joganji River area in Toyama Prefecture). It features a glossy, deep black glaze covering the entire body. On the front, the name "Nobuhiro" (宣弘 - or Yoshihiro) is boldly inscribed in gold, creating a striking contrast against the black background. The shape is rounded and fits comfortably in the hands, with a slightly inward-curving rim. The interior is also fully glazed in black, which will make the green color of Matcha tea stand out vividly. Includes the original wooden box (Tomobako).
